The Launch Club is a 6 week workshop series tailored to early-stage entrepreneurs who want to learn business basics in an immersive and interactive setting. This workshop series is for those who want to really get their idea off the ground and dedicate time to it without interruption.

Get ongoing coaching support from our Start-Up Activator, workshops and access to exclusive networking events and the wider entrepreneurial community. Dive deep into various aspects of your business from purpose to prospects and pricing to pitching. Network with like-minded ideators and set yourself up for success.

Gain clarity around the direction of your business or Social Enterprise by exploring your motivations and the ‘why’ of your venture. Develop the Vision and Mission for your organisation, and clarify its intended impact.

Discovery of who your Customers are, who your Early Adopters will be, what problem these people have, and how they currently solve it. Learn some simple tools that can help you to ensure there is a market for your idea.

Develop the solution (the product or service) for your customers. Understand how to use prototyping to validate your product with your customers. Knowing how to test your product or service and when to change direction is critical for your eventual success.

Estimating the size of your market and developing a revenue model (including pricing), and how to validate this. Developing the steps required to deliver your product or service to your customers. Building a basic business model and evaluating breakeven. Educate yourself about the basic business laws you need to know about incorporation.

5.30pm-7.30pm Workshop 5 TELLING YOUR STORY: Sales, Marketing and Branding

Get clarity on your target customer and look at what kind of brand identity and positioning will engage that customer. Understand how to communicate your point of difference and across what marketing channels. Create a sales strategy and look at potential opportunities for strategic partnerships as well as what channels will deliver your strategy most effectively.
