Estimating the size of your market and developing a revenue model (including pricing), and how to validate this. Developing the steps required to deliver your product or service to your customers. Building a basic business model and evaluating breakeven. Educate yourself about the basic business laws you need to know about incorporation.

Get clarity on your target customer and look at what kind of brand identity and positioning will engage that customer. Create a sales strategy and look at potential opportunities for strategic partnerships as well as what channels will deliver your strategy most effectively.
